Any career change is a big decision to make but transitioning from the corporate world after years of study or ladder climbing and jumping into the world of yoga is a major change… and one that is often questioned as it falls upon doubtful ears! Or maybe you yourself wonder if it is the right choice to follow your heart tugs to leave the security of your job to study and teach yoga.

Alchemy’s very own yogi Laura Hand faced these same challenges as she moved from the corporate world of status and identity and followed her heart and dharma into the yoga world.
