Audrey Hepburn said, “There is more to sex appeal than just measurements. I don’t need a bedroom to prove my womanliness. I can convey just as much sex appeal, picking apples off a tree or standing in the rain.”
She also said, “I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls.” And she’s absolutely right.
When we are feeling peaceful and centered, our faces do look prettier. And when we are kinder and move more fluidly, we are more attractive. And the yoga does slow us down to make more heartfelt connections to other people.
